Refund policy

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Delays

Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address is entered:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered, delayed, lost, or returned due to customer-provided address errors.
  • If the package is returned to us, we may offer reshipment once any applicable shipping fees have been paid.

Delivered Orders

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist with any investigation where possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A short video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
