Shipping Policy

At KORIJ, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Customs inspections or clearance
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, as these delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees before the order can be sent again.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding the best possible resolution.
